How to: Size a form to fit its contents.
Solution:
In the Form view, select the 'Window' menu and select 'Size to Fit Form'.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Select the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Open'. (The form appears in Form view.)

5) Select the 'Window' menu and select 'Size to Fit Form'.
NOTE: If the Form view initially appears with the window maximized, the 'Size to Fit Form' is not available Even if the maximized button is chosen, the option is still unavailable.

6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save'.
NOTE: The size of the form is adjusted depending on the 'Default View' setting of the Form property. The Form's 'Default View' setting is found in the form's property sheet, under the 'Format' tab; 'Single Form' or 'Continuous Form' can be selected.
